चरण की प्रविष्टि का मतलब है एक चरण कोड और वह तारीख़ जब काम उस चरण तक पहुँचा, जो पोर्टल पर दर्ज की जाती है, आम तौर पर जियो-टैग फ़ोटो के साथ। पोर्टल चरण कोड के नाम प्रकाशित नहीं करता, इसलिए उन्हें कोड के रूप में दिखाया गया है; पूरे ज़िले में कई चरणों वाली संपत्तियों में 221,, 222 और 223 तारीख़ के बढ़ते क्रम में आते हैं, यानी बड़ा कोड बाद का चरण है। भुगतान वाली लगभग हर संपत्ति-गतिविधि में कम से कम एक प्रविष्टि है, इसलिए प्रविष्टि होना ज़्यादा कुछ नहीं बताता: पढ़ने लायक बात यह है कि चरण कहाँ तक पहुँचे, और भुगतान प्रविष्टियों से पहले हुए या बहुत बाद में। पोर्टल का अपना "पूरा हुआ" का निशान हर जगह ख़ाली या शून्य है, इसलिए यह रिपोर्ट नहीं बताती कि काम पूरा हुआ या नहीं।

जो कोड हमारे पास की योजनाओं में नहीं है, वह 2021-22 से पहले के योजना वर्ष का या स्वीकृत सूची से बाहर की गतिविधि का हो सकता है। बिना कोड के भुगतान बिल्कुल नहीं जोड़े जा सकते; पोर्टल ने 2020-21 के वाउचरों पर कार्य कोड दर्ज नहीं किए थे।
6. इस रिपोर्ट को कैसे पढ़ें
- योजनाएँ: हर योजना वर्ष की स्वीकृत गतिविधियों की सूची, जैसी eGramSwaraj पर प्रकाशित है। हर गतिविधि का एक कोड, नियोजित लागत, नतीजा (संपत्ति, प्रशिक्षण, सामुदायिक सेवा, लाभार्थी), जहाँ संपत्ति बनती है वहाँ संपत्ति की श्रेणी, और उसे पैसा देने वाली योजना और घटक होता है।
- भुगतान: eGramSwaraj पर पंचायत के भुगतान वाउचर। वाउचर पर उस गतिविधि का कोड होता है जिसके विरुद्ध वह दर्ज हुआ; उसी कोड से भुगतान को योजना की पंक्ति से मिलाया जाता है।
- संपत्ति की श्रेणियाँ और निधियों के नाम पोर्टल की अपनी कोड सूचियों से लिए गए हैं। सूचियाँ अधूरी हैं, इसलिए कुछ श्रेणियाँ सिर्फ़ कोड के रूप में दिखती हैं, और सिर्फ़ उन निधियों के नाम दिए गए हैं जिनका कोड हम जाँच सके; बाक़ी 'योजना कोड' के रूप में दिखती हैं।
- भुगतान / नियोजित में जो चुकाया गया उसकी तुलना गतिविधि की नियोजित लागत से की गई है। नियोजित लागत कभी-कभी नाममात्र की रकम होती है, इसलिए बड़ा गुणक योजना की वजह से हो सकता है, भुगतान की वजह से नहीं।
- प्रगति: गतिविधि की हर संपत्ति के लिए पोर्टल पर दर्ज चरण और जियो-टैग फ़ोटो। वे बताते हैं कि क्या दर्ज किया गया, यह नहीं कि क्या बना; पोर्टल का "पूरा हुआ" का निशान हर जगह ख़ाली या शून्य है।
